This policy covers the junavio.com website and how Junavio LLC handles data in its client services. Our products have their own policies tailored to what they do: see the ZonPulse privacy policy and the FitSage privacy policy.
Data we collect on this site
- Contact information. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share. We use it to respond and for nothing else.
- No tracking. junavio.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use cross-site tracking.
Client services
When we build software, integrations, or advertising services for clients — including work involving the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API — we access client data only as instructed by the client, only to deliver the engagement, and under the confidentiality terms of that engagement. We comply with Amazon's data protection and acceptable-use policies wherever Amazon data is involved, and we never sell or repurpose client data.
Storage and security
Any data we hold is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to those who need it.
Retention and deletion
We keep correspondence as long as needed to serve you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@junavio.com; we honor verified requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
